      Just do these above exercises and have patience, slowly you'll feel good within a week's time and in one month your problem will be solved. I did it and completely solved my Lateral Pelvic Tilt (Sciatica) problem.

      Namaste Mr. Dwainbryan, a Mirage is an example of viparyao, as Viparyaya means incorrect knowledge or incorrect perception. we think it is correct but actually its not correct, thinking of an olive as a grape.. you thought correct but actually incorrect.
